The Image of a Real Father

In this episode, Pastor Alvin Lindsey teaches from a very familiar Bible story, The Prodigal Son. However, he takes a look at this classic story from another perspective. The focus of the story is usually on how the prodigal son left home to live a wild lifestyle, only to realize that popularity goes away when the money runs out. Pastor Alvin reveals to us the other truths in the narrative by opening up the heart of the father.

In each installment of this series Pastor Alvin will unlock the teaching of Jesus from Matthew chapter 6.In this chapter, Jesus teaches about how we should pray. Unfortunately many Christians miss the point Jesus was making about prayer. Watch as Pastor Alvin Lindsey challenges us to follow Jesus' example of prayer on a daily basis.

Pastor Diana recently ministered at Taffi Dollar's Virtuous Woman Conference in New York City. The event took place at a packed WAMU Theater. If you missed it, don't worry, we will have some video from that event up soon!
In the meantime, this message is from a women's conference at World Changers Church in Atalanta, GA. Pastor D teaches and preaches on a subject dear to her heart, "Choices". She often reminds us that the choices we make on a daily basis form the world that we live in and the situations we find ourselves dealing with.

The Necessity of Growing in Christ

In 1st Corinthians 13:11, the Bible says "When I was I child a spoke as a child, .... but when I became a man I put way childish things"
We ALL need to grow in Christ. If we are going to take our place in the Kingdom of God, we must grow spiritually in order to receive our inheritance. The Bible tells us we are heirs and joint heirs with Christ, but it also lets us know that a child is just like a servant until they mature enough to handle the responsibility.
